My first class with Rach was liberating AF. I had never had a Black instructor before and I felt like I was finally being seen. I was able to find my rhythm and my flow with their guidance. Rachel creates such a serene space for healing and flow. 10/10 would recommend!

Rach is an amazing yoga teacher and leader in the wellness space. They emphasize the importance and the validity of showing up however you are and however you can. The classes are relaxing, empowering and strengthen both the body and mind. Any studio or organization would be lucky to have Rach work with them!

Rachael and I did our yoga teacher training together and I have been blessed to take her yoga class. She is thoughtful and intentional with her practice and her teaching.
